I have been trying to help my Son in fast bowling who had lateral flexion. When my son joined cricfit as part of Lord's Youth, it improved his overall performance upto 19% in 3 months. I also found answers of questions regarding lateral flexion and other fast bowling related issues from useful articles and videos shared by S&C coaches. Cricfit S&C programme gives right tools for fast bowlers. The cricfit app is easy to use and allows flxibility to do workouts from anywhere online. Highly Recommended!

Great app specific to cricket lovers, smart and quick app, 1-2-1 chat function for any questions, clear instruction videos for each exercise and competitions to make it fun. Fantastic value for money and ideal for any cricketer at any level who wants a cricket specific fitness program. 10/10 highly recommend

My son suffered a stress fracture to his lower back and we were struggling with how to motivate him for a whole summer of rehab! I found cricfit through a Google search and had a chat to Sam. We opted to try a bespoke plan set up for my son, and Sam has truly delivered. From exercise plans to fortnightly zoom meetings to constant messages of reassurance. Sam has delivered six months of county level rehab. He has liaised with my sons county coaches, his physio, the consultant and his club coaches to deliver a rehab program second to none. We have worked at a conservative pace and whilst that was hard to fathom at times, Sam clearly explained the pit falls of going too fast. My son is back bowling at 50% and looking forward to hitting 100% by Christmas ready to get into winter training. A big season of fast bowling coming up in 2024 with my son being fitter, faster, and more confident than ever before. Thanks Sam!

My son had a frustrating back pain from bowling that we couldn't sort out so we started a Cricfit bowler programme during the off season. Progressively his back improved thanks to the training and some technique tweaks. He's now fully fit and pain free. The programme has also helped his overall strength and conditioning which has helped his performance in all aspects of the game. We found Cricfit offers a more holistic approach to how the body functions (as opposed to physios who are more focused on one area) and they include exercises that cater to cricket-specific movements, so it is without doubt the most effective training solution I've seen. Highly recommended!

Worked with CricFit for a couple of years after struggling with some injuries and it’s helped me massively. I’ve made huge improvements since working with them. For anyone looking to improve performance and general health/fitness I’d definitely recommend CricFit.

We asked Sam @Cricfit to help prepare Adam (u15) for a series of cricket matches and events, including the ECB u15 Bunbury festival. To help with pre and post match conditioning and recovery. We could see there would be limited time between matches Sam and Pete prepared a comprehensive batting, fielding and wicket keeping conditioning programme The help provided by Sam and Pete @Cricfit was superb and I can’t recommend strongly enough for hard working cricketers Thanks again guys

My 14 year old son has been training for six months using a combination of the Cricfit strength and conditioning app and weekly one to one coaching sessions with Sam. Not only is my son thoroughly enjoying the programme, he has also made significant gain in regards to his strength and speed which already has improved his performance as a fast bowler. Cricfit has been very beneficial for my 14year old son who has been using it for the past few months now. Sam provides audio visual demonstration of how to do the workout to get the most out of it. The workouts are cricket specific and aim to improve strength and performance in the game. Highly recommended.

Cricfit has been great for our 14 year old son. Excellent cricket specific workouts with demonstrable and measurable improvements in strength and performance whilst at the same time, resolving some niggling pre-existing injuries.
