Cricket doesn't have to hurt and leave you with a bad back for the rest of your life. All you need to do is consistently expose your body to the right training and you can play pain free cricket.
A message from The Owner
Having played Cricket to County level since the age of 8 and more recently completing a degree in Sport Science, Cricfit combines two of my great passions.
Everything I learnt about Strength & Conditioning at University made perfect sense to me when I related it to Cricket. Whilst I completed placements at Sheffield United FC and Team Hallam, coaching a range of different athletes & sports, the same passion that I have for coaching cricketers was not there. COVID-19 gave me the chance to pursue this passion and I began Cricfit as a hobby, creating instagram content to educate cricketers.

What followed since was unexpected but has been the most enjoyable process of my life so far. Cricfit is now so much more than a hobby and this is only the start. Our mission is to provide accessible strength & conditioning coaching to all cricket players. Our vision is that Cricfit will be used globally to improve the standard of the amateur game and allow players to play pain free cricket.
