We understand buying a programme online can be scary. So we have answered some of the questions already for you.

Can you do these programmes at home?

All of the junior plans as well as home basics can be done at home. All you will need is a bat. The other programmes all need a gym.

How much time do the sessions take?

No session should take longer than one hour. Some sessions such as mobility sessions can be done in less than 5 minutes. It depends on the session but as a rough guide they will take 40 minutes from start to finish.

Is the app on the app store and google play store?

Yes! You can just search for Cricfit and download it to your phone. You need to purchase a programme before you can login to the app.

Do you offer refunds?

Within the first month, if you are not satisfied then you can message our team and request a refund. We are confident you will love it but if you don't want to continue then we aren't interested in keeping your money if it's not helping you become a better cricketer.

What if I get injured and can't carry on?

If you get injured, message us and we can get you seen with a physiotherapist at our partners, The White House Clinic. Options following this will depend on the injury so contact us if this occurs.
